Kind Idaho Survey Results and Plan of Action

Medical Marijuana is legal in all but 12 of the United States. When it comes to Idaho, we are literally surrounded by medical programs except for Wyoming in what I’m branding as the prohibition belt which runs along the Bible belt but has extended upward into Idaho where prohibition still stands. Idaho not only has no laws on the books for cannabis use lawfully but has continued in efforts to double down on prohibition. In 2021 seven anti-marijuana bills were introduced, of which six were defeated, by many of the same lawmakers who are still in office today like Scott C. Grow.
