The Petition

Keep your Eyes Open

There are several ways that you can put your signature on a petition,
Let us list the ways:

  1. You can find a signing station near you where you can bring a friend.

  2. You can print the petition at home, on 8 1/2” x 11” paper for you and up to 9 of your friends to sign then follow the instructions in the next section.

  3. You can join us at a signing event near you!

  4. You can fill out the form below and we will mail you a petition for you and up to 19 of your friends to sign.

If you are signing at home, once you have filled the petition to the best of your ability, you will need to:

  1. Have your petition notarized, most banks will do this for free.

  2. Take your petition to the County Clerk.

  3. Provide the County Clerk with an envelope addressed to:
    Kind Idaho
    154 E. Gettysburg St,
    Boise, ID 83706

This petition must be printed on legal size paper.
This is for uniformity,
to ensure the text meets the legal requirements of legibility,
and give the best signing experience possible for higher validation rates.
